As an artist, mentor, art consultant and former gallery owner, I learned to be a stronger artist by making my own mistakes at first. After graduating from the Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Manitoba in 2002, I was lost on how to be an artist from a business perspective. At that time, I wished there was someone to offer guidance as I do now, for others.

With 23 years of gallery experience, I see how artists can better represent themselves when approaching galleries or working towards their own exhibitions. I'm offering online video consulting and phone consulting services both locally and internationally for $40CDN per hour.  We start with the basics and focus on any of the topics below answering specific questions you may have. How to prepare for a session:

• Spend time before session brainstorming what you need advice on or any questions you may have.

• payment must be received before session begins. You can either pay here on my website or connect with me for other options.

• If I need to review documents: bio, statement, CV or artwork please send via email at least  prior t3 days prior to our session.

• Once payment is received, I will review documents, make notes, and conduct our session.  If I need to review info and files prior to session, our discussion will be less than an hour.

I loved the personal attention in my mentoring session with Jordan. For two hours, she reviewed a large selection of my photographs. Her feedback was supportive and constructive. I ended up with a number of ideas for things I could try to do differently. Jordan talked about specifics of editing and composition in my photos, and also more broadly about abstract art, and the stories photographs can tell. She was very willing to answer all my questions.
